Wire Transfers

Machine Parts Toolbox does ACCEPT wire transfers. 

We will accept domestic and international wire transfers of funds.  We will only accept a wire transfer when all fees are covered by the sender of the wired funds.

This can be done by the sender telling their bank that they will be covering all fees associated with the wire transfer.  This is the only way we will accept a wire transfer.   In all cases there is a fee for sending and a fee for receiving wire transfers, so the sender must cover both of these fees along with any other fees that could be in addition.  

Our corporate "Processing Procedure" on all purchases over $500.00 with reference to wires is to process the order once we see the transaction is posting to our account.  Orders are released once the transaction posts in the actual account.  Once posted it is released from the CFO.  There is a daily watch list for wires and transfers and the accounting department alerts the Parts Order Desk immediately once they see the transaction for release.

A wire transfer is a special exception offered to a customer only if requested and we are glad to work with any customer.
