Store Credit and Refund Program

Machine Parts Toolbox does absolutely offer our customers Store Credit if they want it.

Providing a Store Credit and Refund program through MPT is something the team thought would be an advantage for our regular customers.  Credit refunds are always available, but utilizing a store credit can speed along the process in many cases and allow money to be available immediately in your store credit account.  See below for more information. 

Advantages for a customers

1. It is possible to pay for any purchase using the store credit balance, including the taxes and shipping fees. 

2. It is possible to check the list of all the transactions and credit balance status in the customer's account. 

3. The customer receives email notifications regarding the balance change and is always updated.

The team is constantly working hard, thinking outside the box and putting themselves in our customers' shoes to provide the best services and enhancements that are available.  We want to make your experience the best possible one you can get when working with us. 

This is an alternative to a regular refund and credit. We will always credit your charge/debit/purchasing card if that is the desired method.
