Returns Must Have RMA Number

Machine Parts Toolbox does ACCEPT returns under the following. 

PROCEDURE - All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #).  Please do not return any items without an RMA #, as they will not be accepted and credit will not be issued.  Please contact us by email at [email protected] and attach the following RMA # Request Form will all required information.  The form below needs to be completed in full and accompany your email to receive your RMA # before returning an item.

When requesting the RMA # by email please provide a more detailed reason for the return. Simply tell us why you are returning the part or parts. For more info on returns see->

Upon receipt of your RMA #, please clearly write this RMA # on the box or package containing your return along with a packing slip with the RMA # and then ship it back to the address we provide.  DO NOT SHIP IT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE THE ADDRESS WE PROVIDE.  You must wait for the address to be provided as the return is based on the brand of the part and will ship to a specific location based on that part.  

All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued.  We recommend that you fully insure any item(s) that you return along with keeping a copy of the tracking number and information.  In addition just to be safe please request a signature be provided for delivery.   This way there is no losing your return in the world of shipping.
