Part and Parts Returns

Machine Parts Toolbox does ACCEPT parts and parts returns under the following.

5 DAY RETURN POLICY:

CONDITION - Items returned must be in new, unopened condition in order to receive full credit.  Items purchased and then used (even once) are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable; item sold with "Free Shipping" when returned are subject to a minimum shipping charge assessment of $15.99. To cover administrative and processing costs.  A 15% restocking fee is applied on non-defective product returns. Parts shipped by Machine Parts Toolbox that are defective or shipped in error will not be subject to re-stocking fees.
