How do I check the status of my parts order that are on back order with the manufacturer?
Machine Parts Toolbox checks the status of backed parts from the manufactures on a regular basis.
If the status changes on your order, you will see an email status update that is generated by the MPT system automatically, otherwise if you do not see one the status will still be the same as noted originally, or from the last order status update.
The Technical Parts Desk does follow up consistently with all manufacturers on all back orders to keep customers alerted to any changes. So, if there is any change to your order you will be notified and see the above notification. The techs do work to push the manufacturers to get parts out faster if possible, as we understand customers are in needed of receiving parts as fast as possible in many cases
