How do I check the status or get an update on my open parts order?

Machine Parts Toolbox provides updates and status email notifications on a regular basis for open orders.

If the status changes on your order, you will see an email status update that is generated by the MPT system automatically, otherwise, if you do not see one, the status will still be the same as noted originally, or from the last order status update.

The Technical Parts Desk does follow up consistently with reference to all open orders to keep customers alerted to any changes.  So, if there is any change to your order you will be notified and see the above notification.  The techs do work to push the orders with making lead-times and manufacturers to get parts out faster if possible, as we understand customers are in need of receiving parts as fast as possible in many cases.  We push as quickly to ship parts out ASAP. 

 

You can also login to your customer account dashboard as well to see current statuses and updates for orders. 

  1. Login
  2. Go to orders and find the specific order you need
  3. Click, " View Order "
  4. At the bottom left you should see the current status/update

 

You can always as a final option directly email the Technical Parts Group at [email protected] to receive a new update, they will respond with 24-48 hours.
