Refurbished Machines And Equipment Warranty

Machine Parts Toolbox does provide a 90 day warranty for refurbished machines and equipment. 

We provide as a standard a 90 day warranty on all of our refurbished machines and equipment form the date the machine is shipped.  This warranty covers all parts on the machine and or piece of equipment.  The following items are not covered in this warranty and are the following: tape, wire, pad, and any misuse or neglect to the machine by the customer.

Please include the following information in the email

Body         Original Order #, Company Name, Contact Name, Phone #, Brand, Model #, and Description

Please attach any images or video of the issue you are having with the machine or pieces of equipment.  This way our Techncial Parts Group can evaluate as much as possible before replying to your email.  The Technical Parts Group will reply to your email within 48 hours to provide assistance.
